I offer all of my sessions in person at my office in Reno, NV.

Not local? Not a problem, I also offer sessions at distance!

Sessions are approximately 90 minutes. You are always welcome to adjust your time in advance depending on your needs.

All sessions are tailored to you and your intentions. Typically, we begin with discussing your needs and wants for that specific session. We will then move into card readings and channeled guidance. Lastly, we always end with time on the Bio Mat while you receive energetic healing, Reiki, and vibrational therapies. Vibrational therapies include crystals, essential oils, flower essences, and sound healing.

As mentioned before, your sessions are always customized for your specific needs.

*I use a different approach for Distance Sessions. All Energy Medicine and Reiki can be used at a distance. Please do not hesitate to reach out to recieve a deeper outline of what our time will look like virtually.

I offer private yoga and meditation instruction based on your needs. We can meet in a location of your choosing or at my office located in Midtown.

I also offer this at a distance if you are not local.

Once you are established with me as a client, I offer package options to dive deeper into specific teachings.

Star Family Packages & Intensives

7 CHAKRAS- EQUILIBRIUM PACKAGE

Move through the chakra system in this 7 week long, intensive, private one on one journey with yourself, spirit and I.

• $777 for all 7 weeks

• 60-90 minute sessions

Week one we will start with the Root Chakra, work our way up the 7 Chakras, and week 7 will end with the crown chakra. Focusing on one chakra at a time, intending to activate and integrate each unique aspect of ourselves represented through these energy systems in the body. Energy medicine, guidance, teachings, movement (yoga), Breathwork, meditation, meal planning, plant and earth medicines, and more are all offered for each week based off of the chakra you are working with. Working with one chakra at a time allows us to activate a deeper approach to our way of being. For more information please reach out to me directly.

MIND BODY SPIRIT - UNITY PACKAGE

• $333 for all 3 weeks

• 60-90 minute sessions

Week one: THE MIND. Discovering the infinite power of your own mind. Diving into the realms of meditation. With a custom approach for you to integrate this practice into your daily life. With guided meditations, tools for manifesting and visualization, writing, creativity projects, and more. We will also be expanding and opening the third eye center during this week and using different tools to de-toxify the pineal gland to prepare for the next two weeks of activations.

Week two: THE BODY. Connecting all aspects of the physical & emotional body. Using breathwork, yoga tools, and vibrational therapies to bring resonance to your physical body. Understanding on a deeper level how to connect to the body & witnessing yourself. The body remembers and holds so much for us. This week we give our bodies the space to move and release. In week two we transmute in a physical sense through different modalities. We will also dive deeper into the chakra system during this week.

Week three: THE SPIRIT. Using what you have learned in the previous two weeks, we unify it with connection to our spirit. Our soul. Our higher selves. Higher consciousness. I will teach you ways to connect with your own higher self, spirit guides, angels, and more. Practicing the use of tarot and oracle cards, using meditation tools to access guidance, and discovering your souls true purpose on this planet. Integrating your higher consciousness and spirit into the body and mind to bring yourself into embodiment.

Experiencing the potential and activation of being in complete union with yourself; mind, body and spirit.

Energy Medicine Sessions: $100 per Hour

Yoga and Meditation Coaching: $50 per Hour

SPECIAL PRICING:

If we are meeting at least one time a week, the hourly rate drops to $90 per hour.

Referrals are highly appreciated! If you refer a client to me, receive $20 off your next session. Your referral will also receive $20 off their first session!

*Distance clients will receive $5 off normal pricing. The Bio Mat is not available for distance sessions.

I do not turn anyone away. If you can not meet the payment agreement, please reach out to me directly.

Card Reading Teachings

If you are interested in learning how to read cards, add on some teachings to any Energy Medicine sesh for an additional $20.

Blue Lotus Medicine

Ask me about Blue Lotus during your next session, and I will teach you about this wonderful plant medicine. We will work with this medicine in tea form. $10

I also make a ceremonial Blue Lotus Tincture. $55 to purchase.

Bio Mat

All sessions come with time on the bio mat. If you wish to stay longer & lay on the bio mat to integrate after a session, it is highly encouraged and offered!

$5 for every additional 10 minutes
